The “ultimate multi-performer” with refined driving comfort and the joy of manipulating it at will, and the depth of its bosom that adapts from circuits to winding roads.

  • By adopting the newly developed damper fluid “SRF” and high-strength spring “LVS” exclusively for HIPERMAX R, we have achieved both high-dimensional driving and ride comfort that overturn the common sense of vehicle height adjustment up to now.
  • By making the front and rear retainer specifications, we were able to minimize the rate change when the spring contracted and suppress the sudden change in behavior.
  • The setting at the circuit was carried out at the Fuji Speedway Racing Course. When driving on the same course, it is recommended to set the damping adjustment dial to 4 steps on the front and 5 steps on the rear.
  • By adopting the latest spec parts, we have achieved a 2 year 40,000 km warranty despite being a sports model.

*1. Height from road surface to fender arch.
※2. The vehicle height at the time of shipment is a reference measurement value data based on the combination of full kit setting in HKS. ( This is our recommended vehicle height.)
*3. Adjustable range (However, please note that driving at the lower limit in this case does not comply with safety standards.
Depending on the height, it may cause interference with the body, arms, etc., and hinder driving. In
addition, the warranty does not cover problems such as damper oil leakage caused by using the vehicle with the vehicle height extremely lowered from the shipping height. Please note that it is out of scope.)
*4. The range where it can be driven without interference with the body, arms, etc. (However, this may not be the case due to changes in tire/wheel size, etc.)
Note) Data may vary depending on individual vehicle differences and assembly conditions.

■ Points

The long-awaited R appearance. We reset MAX4SP with the latest theory.
By newly adopting SRF (Super Response Fluid) and LVS (Low Vibration Spring), we were able to achieve an unprecedented level of driving and ride comfort.
By receiving the spring load of the front and rear dampers with a retainer, the bending load applied to the spring is canceled and the torsion is absorbed, which improves tracking performance and enables LVS (Low Vibration Spring) performance to be demonstrated in all situations. .
By adopting new parts inside, the amount of change in the dial is large and a wide range of settings is possible.
By inserting front and rear insulator springs, vehicle height adjustment has become easier.
Setting was done on the main course of Fuji Speedway, and ADVAN A052 tires were used. The recommended dial is 4 steps on the front and 5 steps on the rear. Please refer to it when setting.
It is possible to change the spring rate when new, but there is a possibility that the ride comfort, driving feeling, under-over characteristics, etc. will not be what the development intended, so we recommend the standard rate that we have been particular about.
Please experience the evolved HIPERMAX.
