The AMK Ultralight/Watertight .5 is the most compact option in the UL/WT series, built for solo paddlers, hikers, and cyclists on one to two day trips. Like its larger siblings, it uses two-stage waterproofing: a DryFlex waterproof inner liner inside a seam-sealed, siliconized nylon outer bag. Your supplies stay dry through a capsize, a rainstorm, or a dunking in a river crossing. The silnylon outer bag also has enough room to tuck in a few personal items alongside the included contents.

Coverage focuses on the injuries most common on short backcountry outings. Fourteen pieces of pre-cut moleskin with Skin Tac topical adhesive wipes keep blisters from forming, butterfly closures and antiseptic wipes handle minor cuts, and a cohesive self-adhering wrap gives you basic sprain support. After Bite wipes and precision forceps round out the kit for bug encounters and splinter or tick removal.

Compact, capable, and genuinely waterproof, it's a smart base kit for any solo adventure where weight and space are at a premium.
