■ Features

• By installing this on the GR86/BRZ, whose oil temperature exceeds 130°C when driven around a circuit, the oil temperature rise is suppressed, making it possible to make continuous laps (when driving on the FSW short course).
• While retaining the performance of the original front bumper duct fins, a 12-stage oil cooler core is mounted inside the bumper in front of the left fender.
• In naturally aspirated vehicles, it cools engine oil without affecting the radiator. It can also be used with the GT2 supercharger and the front-mounted intercooler of the bolt-on turbo kit (under development).
  *Replace the stock washer tank with the washer tank in the kit .
• Equipped with a flap function at the tip of the duct. The oil cooler duct opening can be adjusted to any size to accommodate the difference in the bumper opening of the GR86/BRZ. It can also be used when a supercharger kit is installed.

• Press-molded louvers are attached to the inner fenders. They allow the hot air to be efficiently exhausted after passing through the core without being hindered by turbulent airflow inside the wheelhouse, while at the same time preventing damage to the core from flying stones, etc.
• A new “machined aluminum oil extraction attachment” has been developed for the GR86/BRZ. Because the original water-cooled oil cooler is installed, the oil filter would be at the highest position in the engine bay if a conventional attachment was installed, but by specially designing it, the height has been reduced by 22 mm, and the filter is positioned lower than the air conditioning pipe. This prevents the oil filter from protruding into the engine bay.
• The “machined aluminum oil extraction attachment” is equipped with a thermostat to control the oil temperature, preventing the increase in viscous resistance of engine oil due to overcooling.

• Lightweight mesh hose + black/titanium silver fittings are used for the first time.
• The washer tank has been changed to a dedicated aluminum tank included in the kit. It is now located next to the battery for ease of refilling the washer fluid.
