Commercial Disclosure update: 2025-09/21

JPD Japan Ltd. is engaged in import/export, wholesale, retail, and specialized distribution of automotive parts and accessories and used cars from Japan.
The products we offer is original/genuine, aftermarket, new and used automotive parts.
Used car export service

All prices are stated in currency JPY (Japanese Yen) excluding Tax.
Shipping, customs duties, and import charges may apply at customers side, JPD Japan will not charge any thing else than the cost of the products, shipping and payment fee.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer and WISE.
Payment terms: When order is placed and therms are accepted by the customer.

We deliver to all countries with a shipping service (Please note some countries have restrictions, these will not be avaliable for selection in the checkout proceedure).
Standard delivery time is 10 business days unless else is stated in the order confirmation (Some produts may be updated with actual delivery time, this is the delivery time from manufacture, the actual delivery time to the customers address).
For stock item we will ship off with in 1~4 days.
Delays caused by customs, import procedures, or unforeseen circumstances may occur and are outside our control.
Shipping costs may change due to market circumstances, and we keep our right to change the shipping charges (customer will be informed, and will be able to cancel the order if the shipping costs increases more than 10% from the actual paid amount).
Shipping services provided: DHL Express, FedEx, Japan Post

If a product is defective or does not match its description, please contact us within 3 days after the product is recieved to arrange return or replacement.
Return and cancellation can only be made on products that are sold from our stock – special ordered products can't be cancelled. In some cases we can accept cancellation before item has been shipped off from our warehouse, but please contact us to check, please NOTE! We reserve the right to refuse to cancel an order.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

While JPD Japan Ltd. strives to ensure the accuracy of all information on our website, we do not warrant that content is complete or error-free at all times.
We are not liable for indirect damages or consequential losses unless required by mandatory law.
Please be aware that some products avaliable in Japan may not be legal for public road use in other countries, please ensure to check the rules for your country before purchasing any products from our website. (JPD Japan Ltd. cannot be held responsible for cases regarding products purchased from our company that are not legal to use in countries outside of Japan.)
