“ HARD CARBON” is a third type of carbon material, made by laminating resin-impregnated carbon cloth in a special mold and then applying heat to increase its strength. The biggest difference from standard carbon (wet carbon) is that the composite material does not contain glass fiber, but is made of 100% carbon fiber. Furthermore, the resin is not made from conventional polyester, but from a special product with thermosetting properties that was jointly developed with a manufacturer.
*This is hard carbon fiber without FRP resin, made using the same manufacturing method as the Takumi Project Carbon Fiber Aero Bonnet
