On top of their usual product quality standards (product precision, surface hardness, and material composition [the ratio of materials like carbon and silicon]), applied with the DIXCEL anti-corrosion standard.
All DIXCEL brake discs come with anti-corrosion coating, something other manufacturers and OEM suppliers were not able to do, at a reasonable price. (Except on some truck applications)
In terms of precision, they set a strict manufacturing standard which helped them achieve reductions in both noise level and vibrations.
Improvements in durability, crack resistance and heat resistance were achieved by using a precise mixture of additives in the disc material.
