■ Features

  • Since the stock ECU manages the output based on torque, simply replacing the muffler will suppress the output to the stock value. By combining with the Power Editor, the output becomes stock: 340PS_44.3kg・m, LMS: 342PS_44.7kg・m, and by increasing the boost, the output can be improved even further. *Power Editor: 42018-AH013 (for FL5)
  • The exhaust pressure is 30% lower than the stock level and the exhaust efficiency has been improved, so by using the Power Editor and reprogramming the ECU, you can expect to see even more power output.

 

 

 

 

 

  • By making it valveless, the space where the original valve was located is utilized effectively.
  • By enlarging the pipe diameter and adopting a straight structure, exhaust pressure is reduced by 30% compared to the original.

Actuator

Actuator + genuine motor

 

 

  • The genuine muffler uses a valve mechanism, but this product is valveless.
  • The risk of error codes occurring due to the valveless design can be avoided by using the included actuator.
  • The included actuator reproduces the mechanism of the genuine valve. By attaching the genuine motor, it moves in the same way as the genuine valve, so no error codes will be generated.
  • In the FL5, if the stock motor spins freely or is removed, an error code will be recorded. *The check lamp will not light up.
  • By connecting a diagnostic device to the OBD, you can check whether or not there is an error code.
  • OBD vehicle inspections are scheduled to begin on October 1, 2024. If an error code is recorded during vehicle inspection, your vehicle may not pass the inspection. However, if you use the included actuator, no error codes will be recorded, so you can use it with peace of mind even after OBD inspections begin.

*1: Regarding intermediate pipes,
the Φ number of the intermediate pipe diameter in the muffler is the Φ number of the thickest part in the structure (excluding the shell and the outer diameter of the tail).

*2: When the HKS muffler is installed, the part with the smallest clearance between the HKS muffler (all parts included in the kit) and the road surface is listed. Therefore, it may differ from the minimum ground clearance of the vehicle itself.
