The diameter of the main pipe is 76.3φ, and the color of the tail end can be selected with or without hardening (※1) .

The layout (number of pipes) can be chosen from “single pipe on the left” or “two pipes on the left and right”. If you care about lightness, choose a single pipe. Dual pipes are advantageous in terms of sound deadening.

The higher the purity of titanium, the harder it is, making it difficult to process. Therefore, the most common method for bending pipes is to cut the pipes, weld them together, and then form them into a new shape. However, this method creates a step inside the pipe at the joint, which inevitably increases exhaust resistance.

The bending process of the 極 Full Titanium Muffler is done by filling the inside of the pipe with sand, applying heat and slowly bending it using the “hand bending method”. There are no seams and no corners like those created by the bender method (machine bending), even though it is handmade, and it features seamless and smooth lines.

Since there is almost no exhaust resistance, the sound is very clear. We can confidently recommend this product to anyone who wants to enjoy the rich exhaust note that only titanium can produce in high quality.
